Lone Oak
– Thousand Oaks, CA –
Currently undergoing the design phase, 3sixty Architecture + Design embraces the challenge of transforming a private residence in Thousand Oaks. The clients’ vision involves shifting from a Tudor design to a Tuscan flair. This transformation extends beyond the exterior, with plans for interior renovations and additions to the main residence.
The shift from Tudor to Tuscan architecture will involve a thoughtful integration of design elements, materials, and colors to create an authentic Tuscan atmosphere. The backyard is envisioned as an entertainer’s paradise, featuring a new pool, a bocce ball court, and an outdoor kitchen. This comprehensive design approach ensures that the outdoor living space becomes a retreat for leisure, socializing, and culinary delights.
Adding to the backyard’s allure is the incorporation of a new ADU that doubles as a yoga studio. This multifunctional space caters to the growing trend of flexible living arrangements, offering both a guest retreat and a dedicated area for health and wellness.
The ongoing design phase holds the promise of not just a home transformation but the creation of a holistic living environment that seamlessly merges Tuscan aesthetics with modern functionality in the heart of Thousand Oaks.
